Onboarding
Fill out a questionnaire to learn more about your brand, target audience and upload your brand assets.
Content creation
We go to your place of business (Jacksonville, Florida) to film and take pictures. Within 7 days of completing the questionnaire and the content creation day, we will send you a link to review your posts for the month.
Review & approve your posts
Click on the link we send you to view and approve each post. Have feedback or edits? Easily drop a comment on any post. We’ve made the review and approval process seamless, ensuring your content resonates perfectly with your audience.

In DripDash, viewing your scheduled posts is a breeze. Simply navigate to the ‘Calendar’ tab on your dashboard. Here, you’ll find a visual representation of all your upcoming content that we have scheduled for you, organized by date. Click on any post to view details.

What's included in the Ascend Plus Plan?
Our Ascend Plus Plan offers 4 branded social posts, and 8 Reel/Story videos per month. We go to you to film and photograph fresh new content every month (2-4 hours per month). We then edit, create, schedule and publish for you. You also have access to DripDash platform. Easy approval process, with just a click on a link, no login necessary.
What's included in the Visionary Plus Plan?
Our Visionary Plan offers 16 branded Reel/Story videos per month up to 60 seconds each and 4 carousels. We go to you to film and photograph fresh new content every month (2-4 hours per month). We then edit, create, schedule and publish for you. You also have access to DripDash platform. Asset coordination is included.
How soon after I sign up will I receive my branded posts?
We first schedule with you a content day at your place of business. After the filming and photographing is done, and you have completed the onboarding process, in only 7 days your branded posts will be delivered to your dashboard. You will be notified by email with a link to approved them or reply with your feedback.
When will I received my branded posts for the subsequent months after signing up?
You will receive your branded posts 7 days after each billing cycle.
What happens after I sign up?
You will receive an email with instructions on how to login to your DripDash account and connect your social media profiles to the Dashboard, as well as a link to complete a simple onboarding questionnaire to give us more details about your brand.
We will then schedule your content day, and seven working days later after content creation is done, you’ll receive your full month of social media posts for you to review. We’ll change anything you don’t like, and once you approve we then post it all for you throughout the month.
Can I switch between plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade between plans based on your needs. Any changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
Is there an onboarding process?
Yes, we do have an onboarding process where you will be able to answer a few questions regarding your brand, target audience and upload your brand assets.
What kind of customer support can I expect with each plan?
Both plans offer dedicated email and chat support. The Visionary Plan additionally provides text support and quarterly call meetings for a more personalized experience.
Can I add more users or social accounts to the Innovate Plan if needed?
The Innovate Plan comes with a set limit of 3 users and 10 social accounts. If you need more, consider upgrading to the Visionary Plan or contact our support for custom solutions.
How does the "easy approval method" work?
Our easy approval method allows team members to review, edit, and approve posts before they go live, ensuring consistent and high-quality content as easy as receiving a link you can open from your phone or computer with no need to be login in your account.
