Can I switch between plans or upgrade later on?
Are there any hidden fees in the pricing?
No, our pricing is transparent. The rates for Spark, Innovate, and Visionary are as stated, with no hidden charges. Any additional add-ons, services or features outside the plan will be discussed and agreed upon upfront.
What kind of support can I expect with each plan?
Every plan comes with dedicated support. The Spark plan offers email or chat support, while Innovate and Visionary provide more extensive support options, including chat, email, text, and even quarterly call meetings for Visionary clients. We’re here to assist you every step of the way!
What happens after I sign up?
Spark Plan:
You will receive an email with instructions on how to log in to your DripDash account.
Innovate & Visionary Plans:
You will receive an email with instructions on how to login to your DripDash account and connect your social media profiles to the Dashboard, as well as a link to complete a simple onboarding questionnaire to give us more details about your brand.
Seven working days later, you’ll receive your full month of social media posts for you to review. We’ll change anything you don’t like, and once you approve we then post it all for you throughout the month.

How does the content creator with CaptionAI work?
How does the IG post boosting work, and what does “Ad spend excluded" mean?
We’ll optimize and boost specified IG posts to enhance visibility. To facilitate this, our ad specialist requires advertiser access to your Meta Business account. Rest assured, this only grants us permissions to create ads, ensuring all other aspects remain untouched.
“Ad spend excluded” means the cost for the plan doesn’t cover the actual advertising budget on Instagram; that would be an additional charge.
What's the difference between branded designs and the Canva integration?
Branded designs are custom graphics tailored with your business logo and colors. Canva integration allows you to create and design posts within DripDash using Canva’s tools.
How does the logo watermarking feature work?
Logo watermarking automatically embeds your brand logo onto your social media posts, enhancing brand recognition and authenticity. It’s perfect for pictures.
Do you offer any training or tutorials for using the DripDash platform?
Yes, we provide a range of tutorials and guides to help users get the most out of DripDash. Our support team is also available to assist with any queries.
Are there any discounts for annual subscriptions?

How soon after I sign up will I receive my branded posts?
When will I received my branded posts for the subsequent months after signing up?
You will receive your branded posts 7 days after each billing cycle for your review.
Can I switch between plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade between plans based on your needs. Any changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
Is there an onboarding process?
Yes, we do have an onboarding process where you will be able to answer a few questions regarding your brand, target audience and upload your brand assets.
Can I add more users or social accounts to the Innovate Plan if needed?
The Innovate Plan comes with unlimited users and unlimited social accounts.
What is the purpose of the quarterly call meeting in the Visionary Plan?
Quarterly call meetings are designed for strategy discussions, performance reviews, and to address any questions or feedback you might have, ensuring optimal results.
How does the "easy approval method" work?
Our easy approval method allows team members to review, edit, and approve posts before they go live, ensuring consistent and high-quality content as easy as receiving a link you can open from your phone or computer with no need to be login in your account.
