Affiliate Program Terms

Introduction

These Terms apply to your participation in the SocialDrip Affiliate Program. The purpose of these Terms is to outline how the program operates and to define the basic terms and conditions of our Affiliate Program. Please note that throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SocialDrip, and “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the Affiliate.

By signing up to be an Affiliate in the SocialDrip Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Affiliate Rights and Obligations

   1.1. To become an Affiliate, complete and submit the online application form. You must provide your name, a valid email address, and other required information. Each login may only be used by one person – shared logins are not permitted. Upon joining the Affiliate Program, you will receive a unique Affiliate Code/link. You may place links, banners, or graphics with your Affiliate Code on your site, emails, or other communications. We will provide you with special link formats for accurate tracking, reporting, and referral fee accrual. These are referred to as “Special Links.”

   1.2. Your site must not promote illegal activities, violence, discrimination, or contain infringing materials. We reserve the right to deny any Affiliate application at our discretion.

   1.3. You may not design your website or profiles to imitate SocialDrip or mislead customers into thinking you are SocialDrip.

   1.4. As an Affiliate, you will have access to an Affiliate account and Dashboard to monitor referrals, purchases, and payments.

   1.5. SocialDrip reserves the right to review your placement and require changes to comply with guidelines.

   1.6. Affiliates are independent entities; this program does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

   1.7. You must not make any contradictory statements on your site.

   1.8. You are responsible for the security of your account and password.

   1.9. The Affiliate Program must not be used for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

2. SocialDrip Rights and Obligations

   2.1. We reserve the right to monitor your site or networks to ensure compliance with these terms.

   2.2. SocialDrip may terminate your participation for any program abuses.

   2.3. We are not liable for failures in tracking due to incorrect use of Special Links or Affiliate Codes.

3. Access to Affiliate Dashboard

   We provide an Affiliate Dashboard for monitoring referrals, purchases, and payments. Marketing materials will also be available.

4. Payments and Refunds

   4.1. Earn a 20% recurring commission for up to one year for the first 10 sales of monthly DripDash platform plans. After surpassing 10 sales, your commission increases to 30% recurring commission for up to one year. Please note that this commission structure does not apply to Social Media Management Plans (Innovative and Visionary) or any add-ons. To qualify for a commission, referrals must sign up through your Special Link within 30 days of their initial visit. 

   4.2. Commissions are paid after reaching $50. We only pay commissions on business generated through properly formatted Special Links.

   4.3. Referrals must make payments through SocialDrip’s website. 

   4.4. Commissions are paid via PayPal only.

   4.5. Payments are made within 45 days of a claim, provided you meet the minimum earnings and referral criteria and that the referral is still subscribed to DripDash plan. If a client upgrades his/her subscription to a Social Media Management Plan, the affiliate will receive a one time payment of $50 for the referral. 

   4.6. You are responsible for any payment processing fees.

   4.7. Violation of these Terms may result in a ban and cessation of payments.

   4.8. You won’t receive commission payments from clients who canceled their subscription.

   4.9. You can exclusively promote and sell DripDash Plan. You are not allowed to sell SMM Plans. 

5. Termination and Modification

   5.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

   5.2. Failure to follow these terms may result in termination of your participation.

   5.3. We may modify these terms at any time. Continued participation indicates agreement to changes.

6. Promotion Restrictions

   6.1. “Spamming” or unsolicited commercial emails are not allowed.

   6.2. Bidding on keywords related to SocialDrip is prohibited.

   6.3. Affiliates must not use online advertising services to promote SocialDrip or act on our behalf.

   6.4. Direct ads to SocialDrip’s website or affiliate links are not allowed.

   6.5. Affiliates can use advertising to drive traffic to their content but not directly to SocialDrip.

   6.6. Self-referrals are prohibited.

7. Limitations of Liability

   7.1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages.

8. Miscellaneous Provisions

   8.1. These Terms are effective upon your acceptance as an Affiliate.
